We provide a unique corporate experience; business development workshops coupled with a surfing lesson in Portrush. Over 7 years of training business’ in business development strategy have been amalgamated with the longest running surf school in Northern Ireland. We guarantee your employees will have more than great stories to share from their corporate day out, they will have learned practical skills that can be applied to their skill-set and generate more revenue for your business.
We also provide training for recruitment specialists and can tailor workshops to any stage of the recruitment life-cycle.
All corporate days are fully flexible to your needs but typically involve meeting at one of the award winning hotels in Portrush at 9am for tea, coffee and scones where we hold the training workshop. This normally lasts until about 1pm when we grab a light lunch and then head to the beach!! We all have a 2 hour surfing lesson and then everyone heads back to a well deserved shower at their hotel. That night there are a variety of first class restaurants to have dinner, a drink and a good laugh about the great day everyone has just had.
On Monday, back in the office, everyone knows each other better and have memories to laugh about! Crucially everyone has a new perspective on business development and delivering the best service possible to your clients and maximising revenue for your organisation.
